A sound bath is a full body meditative experience. While listening to the singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, the sound washes over your mind and body and takes you to a deeper state of consciousness as you are "bathed" in the sounds. Throughout the sessions, people experience a range of physical and mental sensations. A sound bath can be a way of managing pain, anxiety, depression or addiction. They also improve sleep, reduce stress levels, and improve moods. They promote spiritual well-being, increase energy levels, and enhance creativity.
Most people choose to lie on floor for the duration for the sound bath so it is recommended that you bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on as well as a pillow and blanket. If laying on the floor isn't comfortable for you, you may bring a meditation cushion to sit on, or feel free to bring a "zero gravity" lawn chair or folding lounger. You can even bring an eye mask if you prefer complete darkness, and don't forget your water bottle.
Loose comfy clothes is highly recommended, but anything goes, so just wear what you're most comfortable in.

Nope! Sound Baths are effortless meditations. Just get comfortable and breathe and I will do all the work to take you away as beautiful sounds and vibrations wash over you.
Please do! Falling asleep is very common and is a sign of what your mind and body needs. Don't worry, even while you're sleeping, you still reap all the benefits as all the sounds and frequencies will still do their work and go exactly where they need to go.
YES! Many people find they cry during a sound bath! This is the body releasing deep-seated emotions and toxins. Sound baths help release emotional blockages and traumas, and the experience of crying can be incredibly cathartic and healing for individuals. You are in a safe space with zero judgement. Let it out!

You can come as often as you like! It's recommended that regular sound bath goers come to 1-4 sessions a month.
You must turn OFF your phone and smart watch and any other devices and do NOT put them on vibrate. Please show up on time and speak softly when entering, setting set up and exiting. If you tend to snore, please choose a position that will minimize any snoring should you fall asleep.
Absolutely! Bring the whole gang, or come alone! Just remember to sign up before hand to guarantee everyone gets a spot!
